A Malaysian man who implanted 10 metal ball bearings inside his penis to improve his sexual stamina had to have the balls surgically removed when they started to rust.
Ramli, 44, had a successful self surgery of bolstering his sexual performance by inserting steel balls into his penis.
After months of great sex, his private parts swelled up and he eventually became impotent.
Doctors surgically removed the balls and discovered the reason why he could not get an erection came from the metal rusting.
