The Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) launched the PINK 4 project last Valentine's Day.
The PINK 4 or Para sa Interes ng Kabataan, Kababaihan at may Kapansanan aims to provide transportation services exclusively to women, minors, children, senior citizens and to persons with disability.
