Department of Education (DepEd) Secretary Armin Luistro is not hiding anything and he is ready to answer the Commission on Audit (COA) findings regarding the issue of purchasing old and unusable textbooks intended for the K-12 program. The delivery of the books were delayed and they are still crawling their way through the said educational program.
