communities being displaced, educational and nutritional disparities, large chunks of industry being moved away... how does one ignore these factors when discussing what is happening in baltimore, and other cities across the globe?

and these good cops- where are they? cops doing individual so-called 'good deeds', yet remaining silent in the face of institutional injustice does not a 'good cop' make, to me. if these cops are good, they need to be openly organizing with the people, against their bosses, and against their colleagues they claim to separate themselves from. this is not about reform- reform is basically putting a small bandage over a large wound. in order to see actual change, the system, the institutions need uprooting. any person who was sincere about seeing real justice did not stay silent.

the police, the government- they are organizations.. remember that... long-standing organizations to assure that the masses do not organize against their favor.

and of course, the focus is on how people are 'rioting', and yet there have been organizations (such as black lives matter) out there, doing the ground work.
