Demi Lovato recently had a tattoo on her wrist covered up, and the original tattoo artist isn't too happy about it. They wrote a scathing comment on her photo, saying Demi never offered any payment, and 'will always be a goon.' Well, Demi has responded in a public statement (that has since been deleted) saying she was under the influence of drugs at the time, and says the artist probably shouldn't admit to tattooing an intoxicated teenager.
