Cricket legend Sachin Tendulkar, who will soon be the subject of a documentary-feature on his life, recently, displayed his personal collection that comprised of cricketing kit and his collection of cricket bats to director James Erskine during the shooting of the docu-feature.
The movie has gone on floors and producer Ravi Bhagchandka from production house 200 Not Out, plans to release it in cinemas next year. The Master Blaster will himself work in the documentary feature, while an actor has been roped in to play a younger Sachin in the flashback scenes.
For those who do not know this, Erskine, the director of the docu-feature, is a London-based writer, director and producer who was nominated for an Emmy Award in Outstanding Non-Fiction Special category for his 2010 sports documentary, One Night in Turin.
