00:00Thank you for watching Fox and Hounds live coverage of the second of three
00:09petitional debates between President Barack Obama and Governor-Dogmat Romney.
00:13This debate will be taking place from owner Tom Hall's living room and the
00:16questions will be asked by independent undecided canines. Please give a round of
00:20applause for your moderator, Kandi Growley.
00:24My name is Kandi Growley and I'd like to thank owner Tom Hall for once again
00:30letting us use his living room as a debate hall. The first question goes to
00:33Cinnamon. Governor-Dogmat Romney, what do you feel about female dogs in the dog park?
00:38Great question Cinnamon. I have a binder full of female dogs ready to play with
00:43me right after this debate. What's a binder?
00:46It's a human thing. Listen Cinnamon, I have 20 female dogs in my kennel and I
00:51know they deserve equality in the dog park. Whereas my opponent wants to cut
00:54spending on planned puppyhood and put female dogs in binders, whatever that
00:58means.
00:59The next question is from Justin Beagle and goes to Pettiton Park.
01:03I'm sorry your name is Justin Beagle? Sorry Mr. President, my owner thinks
01:08he's clever. That's okay Justin Beagle and just so you know one of my
01:11initiatives in 2013 will be to do away with absurd dog names. You've been trying
01:17to pass the absurd dog name bill for 28 dog years and yet there's 23 million
01:21dogs out there with names like Opa Winfrey, Ashton Poocher and last week I
01:27had kibble with a dog named Kevin's Bacon.
01:31I think we have time for one more question. This question is for both of
01:36you. What is the biggest misconception about you as both a dog and a pet?
01:42As governor dog of Wagachusetts, I had well-trained puppies, a 100% adoption rate and 90% of our
01:49dogs peed outside, even the old ones. We don't have to settle for 23 million pets
01:53without walks. We don't have to settle for just dry food. As Pettiton, I will get
01:57American pets, eating wet food and walking again. Mr. Pettiton, the last 14
02:04dog minutes are yours. Look, in the first debate I was a really bad dog. I was tired,
02:09hungry and couldn't stop licking myself. But this debate, I've been a good dog.
02:13Slept 16 hours last night, ate a steak right before I came on and as you can
02:18tell, I haven't licked myself once. So what do you say, pet-mericans? How about you give a dog a bone?
