Pepper spraying rampage: Crazy-haired man maces 8-year-old girl, two adults

A Houston man has been charged with injury to a child and two counts of assault after an altercation got out of hand on Monday evening.
Victor Manuel Montreal, 54, emptied two cans of pepper spray on two men and a child outside a southwestern Houston apartment complex.
Around 10 p.m. police got a call from a resident about a disturbance outside the building.
Authorities say Montreal was arguing with a man and used a can of mace on him. When a bystander intervened, Montreal began attacked him with too and sprayed his 8-year-old daughter as well.
When the can of pepper spray ran out, Montreal went into his apartment, and retrieved another one and continued to spray everyone around him.
Montreal posted a $5,000 bail and was released from Harris County Jail.
