Milwaukee, Wisconsin police allege Konrad Peters is the culprit in a recent spree of toy-droppings.
Last month, two 14-year-old girls reported to police that a male driver opened his door and left something in their path. When the girls got a little closer, they saw it was a giant purple sex toy. They also noticed the man who left it was staring them down.
Days later, another report came from a 15-year-old girl. One month later, yet another report from a 13-year-old girl. In each incident, the girls said the schlong-dropping driver of a four-door black sedan stuck around to watch their reactions.
A father of one of the girls spotted the vehicle on home surveillance footage, found the car and reported the license plate. Police traced the plate to a Honda Civic owned by Peters. Police searched his home and found 33 phallic objects among other toys.
The third victim identified the 28-year-old Peters as the dong-dropping pervert. He’s accused of exposing children to harmful materials, a crime in the state of Wisconsin.
