Cow poop prank: woman charged after mailing neighbor cow doodoo as part of four-year feud

An Iowa woman faces misdemeanor charges after apparently sending an excrement-filled package to her neighbors, according to a WQAD8 report.
Police say Kimberly Capdevilla, 51, escalated an ongoing dispute over her barking dog, a Great Pyrenees, by sending a package filled with cow poop to her neighbors, Mary Eipert and Steve Rowland, in mid-December.
When the Burlington couple received the doo-doo-filled parcel on December 13th, they knew immediately who to blame.
The pair had been feuding with Capdevilla for the last four years over her dog's apparent incessant barking.
When direct complaints proved unsuccessful, the irritated couple took the matter to police as well as animal control authorities, but when that too proved ineffective they took to the web, posting footage of their neighbor's barking onto YouTube.
Capdevilla has since admitted to pulling the stunt and faces up to 30 days in jail and a $625 fine if the charges stick.
