Playing a mad scientist, Tom Thomas creates a magic potion in the bathroom. When he mixes the soapy concoction with his father's toothbrush it breaks. Tom Thomas and the Fixies must get the toothbrush fixed before his dad gets in the bathroom to brush his teeth before bed.
