Rajkot/Ahmedabad: Commuters have to rely on the whims of the auto-rickshaw drivers as there are no meters in their vehicle. Victims at the hands of touts are extracting their pound of flesh from unwitting commuters. Commuters surrender before touts and shell out ad-hoc amount. Despite, slash in prices of piped natural gas (PNG) and compressed natural gas (CNG), there is no relief for commuters.
