Grapefruit Rickey Cocktail Recipe from SXSW!!

While we were in Austin for South by Southwest Film Festival, we hosted nightly Happy Hours at the Dailymotion SXSW house. We’re going to show you how to make each of the signature cocktails we served up to thirsty guests. This time: A Grapefuit Rickey!
We enlisted the help of Eddie, who tends bar at The Bungalow in Austin. A Grapefruit Rickey is a sparkly and refreshing summer cocktail made with vodka, grapefruit juice, and sparkling water.
Eddie will not only instruct you on proper Rickey-making technique, he’ll share some bar tending tricks of the trade!
Here’s how to make it:
Pour over ice:
1 oz vodka
2 oz Grapefruit juice
Squeeze of lime
Pour back and forth between glass and a shaker to combine.
Top with Topo Chico mineral water.
Float 1/2 oz St. Germaine liqueur
Garnish with lime wedge
