Floyd Mayweather Jr. has refused to agree to Manny Pacquiao's offer of a $5 million penalty clause should either fighter fail a drug test before or after their May 2 fight. “Today we were informed that Mayweather turned down the request,” Paquiao's advisor Michael Koncz told ESPN. “Manny had requested that there would be a reciprocal fine of $5m for a failed drug test.”
