2nd round of US/Cuba negotiations underway in Washington

The second round of negotiations between the United States and Cuba aimed at reestablishing diplomatic relations are underway in Washington. The discussions are expected to lead to concrete steps being taken to establish embassies. One major issue expected to be discussed in the latest round of negotiations is Cuba's continued presence on the State Department's list of countries that support terrorism, which prevents US banks from doing business with the island. US officials say the question is under review. Alexandra Hall reports from Washington. teleSUR
