On 22nd July 1988,a passenger van which was over loaded with passengers due to eid-ul-azha drowned while crossing a water stream near Kahuta city Rawalpindi.Bus destination was Rawalakot Poonch.But 9 or 10 pm bus got accident.More than 70 people died in this accident.What was reason behind??? These type of accidents can be minimized through precautions. Unfortunately in this country no one thinks before accident.There is lack of coordination between departments..End result is human loss.Who is responsible ??? Think and share
