Mr.Jasim was a line man and employee of electricity department.He was a nobal man and very kind heated man of his area.On 20th Jan he was doing his job on heavy transmission line in Rawlakot.Due to negligence he was shocked to death.Every year we loss many precious lives in similar accidents ,But who cares !!!!!!!!!!!
