ISIS Exchange Deadline Passes with No Word on Fate of Any Hostages

A spokesperson in Jordan said they are willing to do the exchange if they have proof if he is still alive. It's possible ISIS may release Japanese hostage Kenji Goto as part of the exchange, too.
