UNASUR to form South American criminal court

During the Costa Rica hosted summit for the Community of Latin American and Caribbean States (CELAC,) Ecuadoran President Rafael Correa will be sworn in as the organizations's pro tempore President. Meanwhile, back in Ecuador, seat of the Union of South American Nations (UNASUR,) the formation of a Latin American criminal court is in the making.
