Things have been tense in Cleveland between David Blatt and the Cavs organization, and it’s not entirely his fault. LeBron’s constant pressure to win by the fans, media, and of course, the basketball gods, would make any first-year head coach want to roll into a ball and cry. Even Chicago’s Tony Snell is frustrated with the situation in Cleveland—so much that he threw the ball at David Blatt.
