66-year old John Rodriguez says he was fishing in the Hillsborough River near Tampa, when he heard a noise and saw what he claims was a Skunk Ape, Florida's version of Bigfoot. According to his story, he snapped a picture and ran away, but a former FBI investigator says, "Not so fast". So, is this a picture of a Swampy Sasquatch?
