Who says Indian Police aren’t modernized. Though, the claim can be right for the reason they still use old arms and ammunitions, but liberty of getting new vehicles over a certain duration has led them enjoy a slice of new technology every time. Reportedly, this time its Vijayawada Police force who will soon get the EcoSport for their fleet. In fact, we didn’t knew how soon they may see it coming, but surely, amongst the 200 cars ordered by Andhra Pradesh government, will also include Tata Sumo and Toyota Innova. However, the sub-four meter length of Ford’s compact SUV will help the department to gain a bargaining deal, and it would be a diesel engine supplying the power. Hence, to balance the equation for those who cannot swallow down such a premium car for the police department, it isn’t adorable when Police of Modiji’s state use those impractical Harley cruisers to escort convoys of VIPs. Appropriately, EcoSport is still a usable option of serving the purpose. Feel free to pen down your thoughts in the comments section below…
