Simon Cowell was showing off his Jet Ski skills once again during his extended Barbados break. The music mogul has worked hard this year mentoring his acts on the X Factor so it's only fair he enjoys some serious time off. Which is exactly what the 55 year old was doing as he took to the water with his longtime gal pal Sinitta.
