In Delta Rising, the starship USS Voyager with some extensive visual overhaul will again be featured together with other Intrepid Class starships as well. Delta Rising also reunites some of the original USS Voyager crew. The game characters will be narrated by the original casts — Tim Russ ( Tuvok ), Jeri Ryan ( Seven Of Nine ), Garrett Wang ( Harry Kim ), Ethan Phillips ( Neelix ) & Robert Picardo ( The Doctor ). The level cap will be raised from 50 to 60, adding 2 new high ranking for each faction: 1) Admiral and Fleet Admiral for the Romulan Republic ( RR ) as well as for the Federation ( UFP ), and 2) General and Dahar Master for the Klingons Empire ( KDF ).
