In the tunnels and sewers below the Romanian capital, there are people who stubbornly stay beyond the reach of society. They live amid lice, fleas and syringes used for drugs scattered on the floor. Most of them have are HIV-positive, and many have Tuberculosis and hepatitis. All this despite the government's offers of rehab. Al Jazeera's Paul Brennan reports from the tunnels of Bucharest.
