Is 'Roy' poster inspired from '50 Shades of Grey'?

Posters in bollywood are the main thread of communication to the aam janta about the movie.
Recently Ranbirs poster in roy was released. Many feel that it has an uncanny resemblance to the poster of 50 shades of grey. 
Although it is not a blatant copy, it does bare resemblance to a very prominent scene from the movie.
Well copying posters is not new ain't it in bollywood. Just couple of weeks back we saw Varun in badlapur resembling the poster of 300. 

Are. We turning from bollywood to nakliwood? Just kidding. We can't do much can we if creativity is dest"roy"ed?
