A Korean Airlines executive has been forced to resign after she reportedly forced a plane back to the gate at JFK when she was served macadamia nuts in the original bag instead of on a plate as first class protocol requires. The South Korean transportation ministry is also investigating if the woman violated the aviation safety law.
