This is the medley from Sayu's graduation concert. It is not the full medley. The last song of the medley (Give Me Love) cuts off before it finishes. This is just how the file was. I didn't want to leave the song out so I just subbed it until the song ended.
Also you can see in this medley that Sayu hurts herself about halfway through. She, being utterly awesome, finishes the medley and the concert despite the injury.
