-  The Italian Daily La Repubblica reported that during their telephone talks regarding the Ukraine crisis, Putin said, “I could take Kiev within two weeks if I wanted to,” to Mr. Jose Manuel Barroso, President of the European Commission.

ADNAN OKTAR: He is telling the truth. It would have taken not even two weeks, only a week or so. He could of course do that. The matter would be closed once and for all, if he entered with two thousand, three thousand tanks. But that would have created a feeling of disgust; I mean, that would have annoyed the Ukrainian public. It would have annoyed Europe and the world as well. It would not be good.

A peaceable, friendly attitude, one that does not alienate Russia should be taken as a basis; it would then be good. That is because all the countries want to leave Russia behind, have mercy! The European Union doesn’t accept them either. What would those people living there do then? Are they supposed to live alone in the whole wide world? That is not acceptable; they should approach Russia lovingly and affectionately.
