RIdge says there is no us; Caroline says what if there was? Ridge says Rick has forgiven her she wanted that all alone. Caroline says she is not too sure what she wants. Ridge agrees "who does". Caroline says that being with Ridge has changed her. Ridge says that it has changed him to "and I - I love that" Caroline asks are they to pretend they never felt this way. Ridge tells her he got to spend this extraordinary moment in time with extraordinary person. Caroline says they are suppose to forget that. Ridge ask how is he suppose to forget that? They stare at each other before moving closer and nearly kissing before Rick interrupts. Rick wants to know where they stand and tells Caroline he needs her. Rick begs for her forgiveness and Caroline begins to cry. Ridge asks if she is okay? Caroline nods; Ridge tries to excuse himself but, Rick says he should stay for this. Caroline and Rick agree to give their marriage another try and Caroline puts Rick's ring back on his finger. Caroline and Rick hug the whole while she is looking at Ridge and he is looking at her. Rick leaves; Caroline says she has to be grateful that Rick has forgiven her. Ridge says Rick has came to his senses and is trying to do the right thing as are they. Caroline begins to cry harder and goes to leave. Ridge stops her. Ridge tells her he wants to look at her and calls her magnificent. Caroline hugs Ridge as she cries on his shoulder. Ridge has tears in his eyes too.
