Caroline says that she will always remember today; Ridge says he will too his face is all messed up. Caroline says that Bill beat Ridge up because of her. Caroline says that Ridge is committed to someone (Katie) and she is married. Caroline tells Ridge she has fallen for him. Ridge says she is just being emotional. Caroline explains her feelings and says maybe Rick knows it that is why he is acting the way he is. Caroline tells Ridge again she's fallen for him. It's because of her feelings for Ridge that everyone is suffering. Caroline talks about the fact that Ridge is beat up because of her. Caroline says if she never came to Los Angelous that none of this would have happened. Ridge agrees but, he tells her he wouldn't be able to draw without her. "There is something about you". It's because of their connection that Rick and her are done and Katie will probably leave Ridge. Caroline says she has to leave LA and becomes hysterical Ridge tries to calm her down but, she storms off. Ridge finds Caroline on the rooftop. Caroline talks about why she needs to leave. Caroline says she has to leave LA so that she won't have to see Ridge. Ridge tells her that she has to forget about him; Caroline says she can't. Ridge tells her she doesn't need to run away she needs to stay and face it. Caroline says Rick doesn't need her and neither does Ridge. Caroline says you probably never needed me to begin with. Ridge tells her he wouldn't be there without her. They hug. Caroline and Ridge come back inside they discuss Rick. She ask if is she suppose to let Rick and Maya drive her out of town from her work, from RIdge? Caroline says maybe a part of her is glad he showed this side. Caroline says maybe it tells her that maybe it tells her that she should move forward. Caroline discusses she and RIdge and says maybe fate is trying to reunited (its coming full circle) Caroline Spencer (also her name sake) and Ridge Forrester. Ridge goes to reply but, Rick interrupts. Ridge looks seriously upset. Rick wants to speak to Caroline alone but, she grabs Ridge's hand and says that he is staying. Rick says that is fine that he will say what he has to say in front of Ridge. Rick proceeds to beg Caroline back (its apart of his stipulation to keep the CEO position he has to stay with Caroline). Caroline looks torn.
