Hard to believe when this place is synonymous with great customer service. They know all their customers on a first name basis and always goes above and beyond every time you go in there. This place is hardcore about their wine. They have weekly wine tastings and the largest indoor wine storage facility in Louisiana. And they have a sommelier on site! Last time I was there, I got a chance to sample some hundred dollar wine. Yep, they just cracked that puppy open and split it with everyone in there. How awesome is that?
