Thanksgiving 2014 Beauty Tips

THANKSGIVING BEAUTY RECIPES
Sweet Potatoes (Great for oily skin):
Boil and mash
Add 1 Tablespoon of honey
Add 2-3 teaspoon on lemon juice
Leave on face for 20 minutes and wash off.
Use leftover warm water for your feet.
Eggnog (Great for dry skin):
Add enough almond flour and honey to bring it to a scrub-like consistency.
Use on hands and face!
Rose Water (Great for breakouts):
Buy organic rose water online
Or place rose petals in sauce pan, add water
Boil for 15 minutes
Let cool and strain out roses
Cool the water in the fridge!
Beer (Great for a lot):
1 oz. water
1 oz. beer
2 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar
7 drops of whatever essential oil is your favorite
Shampoo hair like regularly, then pour the rinse over and work it through.
Rinse in lukewarm water (to keep moisture in the strands)
Do once a month
