Having grown up in the spotlight and with celebrity parents, it’s not surprising that Jaden and Willow Smith aren’t typical teens.

Having grown up in the spotlight and with celebrity parents, it’s not surprising that Jaden and Willow Smith aren’t typical teens.

What may come as a shock to many is that they’re quite the budding philosophers and theoretical physicists, as was made clear in an interview they did recently for the New York Times’ ‘T Magazine’.

In it, they discuss time and space, and the slippery reality those perceived boundaries can create.

On the matter, Jaden commented, "It's proven that how time moves for you depends on where you are in the universe. It's relative to beings and other places. But on the level of being here on earth, if you are aware in a moment, one second can last a year. And if you are unaware, your whole childhood, your whole life can pass by in six seconds."

They also touched upon the depressing drag that school is, how driver’s education is a sham because people still get into accidents, and the differences between dual and singular states of consciousness.

In discussing goals, Jaden said hers was to be the craziest person of all time and do, “like, Olympic-level things.”
