Peter Capaldi becomes even more awesome as he records special message for autistic boy mourning his nanny

The Doctor Who star recorded the special clip for nine-year-old Thomas Goodall – who is autistic – following the death of his nanny.
In it he tells Thomas: ‘Clara and I are travelling around in time and space. Sometimes bad things happen to us. And sometimes sad things happen to us too.
‘So it’s nice to know that there’s somebody like you out there who’s on our side. And you should know that we’re on your side too.’
Thomas’ father Ross posted the clip to YouTube earlier this week, saying: ‘This arrived just before Thomas’ nanny’s funeral and helped him to deal with his grief in a profound way.
‘Thank you Peter so much.’
