Child sexual abuse 'accepted' in some UK communities

Child sexual exploitation has become socially accepted within some communities in the UK's Greater Manchester area.

That's according to a new report into the 2012 Rochdale 'sexual grooming' scandal.

The author says child exploitation will continue - unless there's a major shift in cultural attitudes.
