Victims of Colombia's armed conflict demand better law enforcemnt

Victims of the Colombian armed conflict held a meeting to discuss the 'Victims Law' and the Havana peace talks. They asked the government to ensure enforcement of the law in spite of the fact that it falls short quite short of compensating victims of the armed struggle. teleSUR
