BEST Peanut butter cookies ever! They are by far my biggest obsession lately lol. We love them the best right out of the oven, still a bit doughy and warm. YUM!

Items Needed:
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 cup peanut butter
If you decide to freeze the dough balls, I have found they work best if you let them thaw a bit before baking. I usually preheat the oven and put my dough balls on top of the oven. By the time the oven is preheated the dough is thawed enough to bake like normal :) You can bake them frozen just be sure to add additional time.
