This site is weird as hell. In the site, you get Ultramen getting tortured as well as softcore (sometimes normal but rarely hardcore) Ultraman porn. It's not really disturbing, it's just CGI-made. If you do want to see it, just search "bulge of the first" on Google, it should be the first result. The Ultraman picture in this video is from the site, so credit goes to the guy who made bulge of the first.
