Colombian political prisoners subject to abuse in jail

The issue of political prisoners will be key in the ongoing peace talks between the Colombian government and the rebel Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC). Jaime Enrique Murillo, a member of the National Liberation Army, was a prisoner for seven years and charges that rebels and trade unionists are subject to abusive conditions in the country's notoriously overcrowded jails.
