A camera set up to capture game has filmed what it is like to be attacked by a grizzly bear, after one of the beasts reared up and assaulted the device.
The video is minus the part where the bear knocks human victims over with its huge paws, pins them down, and starts eating them alive, of course. Cameras are not quite as succulent as human prey.
The camera was set up in Island Park, Idaho, by local Robert Meier’s father. Meier posted the terrifying sequence on his YouTube channel.
A neighbour said, ‘Wow! I won’t forget my bear spray any more when hiking behind our cabins.’
