Decorated Olympic swimmer Michael Phelps is in trouble with the law once again. Phelps was arrested Tuesday morning for driving under the influence in his hometown of Baltimore, Maryland, per TMZ Sports. According to the site, the 22-time Olympic medalist was pulled over sometime around 1:40 AM in his Land Rover SUV and registered a blood alcohol content “almost twice the legal limit.”
