Nosing 4:08 Whisky.com tastes the Jura 1989 Signatory Vintage Cask Strength. It was bottled in 2013. This makes the Single malt 24 years old. It comes in a very nice carafe and is part of the cask strength collection.
The nose: Very little peat for a Jura, bonfire smoke, some caramel The taste: Citrus, liquorice, no smoke The finish: Long with hints of spice
