• 3 medium sized onions finely chopped
• Oil
• Coriander for garnish
• 2-3 chopped green chillies
• 1/4 tsp hing (asafoetida)
• 3-4 crushed garlic cloves
• 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
• 1 tsp sugar
• Salt according to taste
• Grated coconut
