Ingredients
1 cup of lobiya (black eyed pea), soaked for 2 hours
3 large tomatoes pureed
2½ tbsp of garlic-ginger paste
Coriander leaves for garnish
1 tsp of red chilli powder
2 tbso of oil
One large onion sliced
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp jeera powder (cumin seed powder)
½ tsp of haldi powder (turmeric powder)
Salt as per taste
2 cups of water
