I am sure everyone has eaten banana fritters, but Archana indianises this recipe and makes an innovative and a different dish called Banana Puri's. A perfect evening snack with a hot cup of tea or coffee for a rainy rainy day!

Ingredients:

3 bananas chopped
¼ kg wheat flour
Salt to taste
1 tbsp elaichi (cardamom) powder
3- 4 tbsp gur (jaggery)
Oil
Water
