The Biryani gets its flavor from browned onions and whole garam masalas. So this weekend cook up a meal fit for the kings.
Ingredients
500g chicken
1 bowl fried onions(Sliced and deep fried, can be stored in the fridge for 10 days)
10 tbsp curd
2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1/2 cup brown onion paste
Coriander as per need
Small cup fresh cream
1/2 tbsp turmeric
Salt to taste
1 tbsp mix masala
1 lemon juice
Yellow color for decoration
2 tbsp biryani masala
Oil for cooking
400g basmati rice
