Cumin seeds or jeera is a very common ingredient across all Indian recipes. Apart from adding flavour, they also help in digestion. However, very few would think of using them in a classic cocktail recipe. In this video, Arina that takes that extra step and creates a lovely martini with jeera and the oh-so-yummy lychees!!
Ingredients
6-7 lychees, skins and seeds removed. And one for garnish
60ml of white rum
5ml of lemon juice
1 tsp of freshly roasted jeera powder (cumin seed powder)
Ice cubes as required
