The Japanese version of the classic chicken barbeque, Teriyaki Skewers With Chicken can be pan fried and glazed with teriyaki sauce and butter to add to the flavor and shine.
Ingredients:
250g-300g de-bonned chicken
1 leek (can be substituted with spring onions)
1/2 tbsp butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Roasted white sesame seeds
7 spice japanese chilli powder
2 tbsp saki
2 tbsp teriyaki Sauce
