Only a month after lifting a countrywide ban of Segways, Norway is reporting its first ever DUI on a Segway. Police in Oslo say a man was swerving on his Segway and they arrested him under the suspicion of being intoxicated. Patrick Jones (@Patrick_E_Jones) explains.
